Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure you get your gear as fast as possible. Because of this, we offer a 30-minute grace period after your order is placed for any cancellation requests.

How to Request a Cancellation:

Please contact our support team immediately by emailing contact@klystrosupply.com with the following information:

• Your full name and order number
• The reason for your cancellation

Once we receive your request, our team will confirm if the cancellation is possible.

Please Note: If more than 30 minutes have passed or your order has already entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return it for a full refund once it has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
