How quickly can I expect a response?

We answer all inquiries in the order they are received. Our goal is to respond to all messages within one business day (24 hours, Monday-Friday).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Our fulfillment team moves quickly to get your gear on its way. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Include your name and order number for the fastest service.

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Shipping & Delivery

What is your order processing time?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after our 5:00 PM (MST) cut-off time are processed on the following business day.

How long will delivery take?

The estimated transit time for shipping is 5–7 business days. Your total delivery time is the sum of processing and shipping:

Total Delivery = Processing (1–3 Days) + Shipping (5–7 Days). You can typically expect your order within 6-10 business days. A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Note: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates.

Will my entire order arrive in one package?

To ensure the most efficient delivery, items from your order may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. If this occurs, you will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we will notify you immediately by email. If the item is not expected back in stock within two weeks, you will be issued a full refund for that item automatically.

How can I track my order's status?

Simply visit our Track Your Order page and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. If you have any trouble, our support team is here to assist.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package and for the tracking information to activate in their system. If it has been longer than 48 hours and your tracking is still not updating, please contact us.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

For all orders within the United States, we use USPS.

 

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day your order is delivered. To start the return process, please email us at contact@klystrosupply.com, and we will provide you with the necessary authorization and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please repackage all items securely. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

What condition do returned items need to be in?

All returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Klystro Supply does not charge restocking fees on any returns.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What should I do if my gear arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at contact@klystrosupply.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. Our team will work quickly to make it right.
