  Our Return & Refund Policy
By using the return services of Klystro Supply, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines are in place to ensure a clear and consistent process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for our customers in the United States.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our gear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this 30-day window.
Conditions for an Eligible Return
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unused and in new, sellable condition.
 - Must include all original tags and labels.
 - Must be sent back in the original packaging.
 
Note: Items that show signs of use, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted for a return. Return requests initiated more than 30 days after delivery will not be processed.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@klystrosupply.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original materials.
Please Note: Returns sent to us without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For a defective product or our error (e.g., wrong item sent): Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
For customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@klystrosupply.com.
The most efficient way to receive a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
